Clean hotel in a beautiful building not far from common areas, and restaurant. Marvellous location close to the airport. Comfy bed in the perfectly clean room. Free breakfast at 6:15am with amazingly nice staff. Free parking, great service. Pool bar and nice pool.

For one the front counter person was completely rude. She wanted to argue with us the entire time, we had early check in. Yes, there were rooms ready to go for check in. The double charged us for the room(3 of us staying in the room) and still charged us extra. They booked us for threereservations when we only had one.We have to wait for someone to call us back to fix the problem.They were feeding feral cats in the alley hall ways connecting the outside of the hotel to the inside. It smelled urine around those areas. We asked for maid service the next day of our stay they flipped out sign around from "please service room" to "Do not Distrub" We had to ask for someone to come take out our trashes and for more towels. The jacuzzi made my friend and I itchy after getting out. Our toilet was extremely hard to flush, had to gold down the handle. The sink counter was unstable and wobbly. All in all this place was horrible, run down, nothing like what is in the pictures. I think at one point it might of looked like what is picture but no longer. There was clean feeling to this place. Please do not stay HERE>
